Pho Victoria

🇻🇳🍜 I love a goid phở. I mean, who doesn't? This restaurant, luckily makes a pretty good pho, and I can never have enough of it. I ordered a bowl of Pho with RARE Sliced Beef & Brisket ($16.50) via DoorDash which came with a $3.30 discount on top of it. 🍖🍝 The dish came with the noodles and meat in one bowl with the soup in another, a small container with sauce and a plastic bag with herbs as usual. The beef was rare indeed. I heated the soup some more in the microwave before putting it over the beef and noodles; added the herbs and a dash of lime to get that ephemeral taste of pho. It was good! The meat cooked well, the noodles were good rice noodles. Thr soup was bursting with pho goodness. The container size was optimal enough to hold all the contents without spilling out, which was a relief. Good garnish with onions and green onions made for a delicious lunch. I'd love to visit this restaurant in person and try their other dishes.

Worst Pho we had in here, just tasteless and no seasonings. Chicken fried rice was again no seasoning and just a sticky lump. Only positive is the Tom Yum soup was average and edible. Cleanliness is the worst in this place and tables are sticky, probably they plan to catch flied during summer using these sticky tables. Never recommended this place even the lastnplace on earth to eat.
